Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the 5jlph platform. By accessing or using any part of the 5jlph website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Access to 5jlph is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above, in compliance with Philippine law. Valid government-issued ID is required for account verification. Underage access is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
5jlph operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities on the platform are subject to PAGCOR rules and Philippine law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of 5jlph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
All 5jlph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonuses, and wagers are all processed and displayed in PHP. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers. Cryptocurrency deposits are not accepted.

Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use the 5jlph platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

4.1 To access the full features of 5jlph, including making deposits and participating in real-money games, you must register an Account. Registration is free of charge.
4.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on 5jlph. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 5jlph reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
4.3 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

4.5 KYC Verification: Before withdrawals are enabled, 5jlph requires all Players to complete identity verification by submitting a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PRC ID). 5jlph may also request proof of address and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal privileges suspended.
4.6 5jlph reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 You agree to notify 5jlph immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. 5jlph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.3 5jlph recommends that Players use a strong, unique password for their Account and enable any additional security features made available on the platform. You should never access your 5jlph Account from a shared or public device without logging out completely after each session.
5.4 5jlph will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 5jlph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
5.5 All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified 5jlph of unauthorized access in accordance with Section 5.2 above.
6.1 All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 5jlph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency or cryptocurrency.

6.7 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Account cashier section. These limits may be adjusted by 5jlph at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
7.1 5jlph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
7.3 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their Account suspended.
7.4 5jlph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be affected by modifications made after the claim date, except where required by applicable law or regulation.
7.5 Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
8.1 All games available on the 5jlph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
8.2 All game outcomes on 5jlph are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. All games are independently tested and certified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 5jlph will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly and in accordance with the applicable game rules. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be returned to the Player's Account balance. 5jlph's decision in such matters is final.
8.4 Wagers placed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player after the game round has commenced, except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
8.5 5jlph reserves the right to void any wager or withhold any winnings where there is evidence of a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault that resulted in an incorrect game outcome or odds display.
8.6 Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results do not predict future results.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5jlph platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 5jlph reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the relevant Account, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law.

10.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. 12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5jlph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 5jlph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 5jlph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 5jlph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose.
12.4 5jlph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
12.5 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 Termination by Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting 5jlph support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account balance (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
13.2 Termination by 5jlph: 5jlph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
13.3 Upon termination for cause, 5jlph reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where termination results from a Player's breach, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned subject to the outcome of any investigation and applicable legal requirements.
13.4 Sections 9, 11, 12, 15, and 16 of these Terms & Conditions shall survive termination of your Account.
14.1 5jlph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 5jlph will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

14.3 Your continued use of the 5jlph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and 5jlph, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. 5jlph will endeavor to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of an internal complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
15.4 Nothing in this Section shall prevent 5jlph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
